Prior to the start of the cruise, you will be provided with a list of questions. The questions are geared towards specific roadside landmarks and signs for which you will need to provide the correct answers. To be safe, a driver (pilot) and a navigator (co-pilot) are required for each vehicle so that the answers can be recorded safely. Of course more than two people per vehicle is permitted, but the minimum to participate is two.
About this event
Join us on November 4th, 2023, for a scenic cruise through the Connecticut countryside where we will go over the river to Priam Vineyards in Colchester and back to Millpond Gathering for a late lunch. The plan is to meet at Millpond Gatherings at 1565 Middletown Avenue in Northford (Route 17) at 10:00 for a departure no later than 10:30 am. We will leave as a group to travel to Priam Vineyards, located at 11 Shallor Road in Colchester, with an ETA around 11:45 am. We will then leave Priam at 1:00 pm to return to Millpond Gatherings around 2:15 pm or so for a late lunch. Prior to the start of the cruise, you will be provided with a list of questions. The questions are geared towards specific roadside landmarks and signs for which you will need to provide the correct answers. Upon the return to Millpond Gatherings, the answers will be tabulated and the top three teams will receive gift certificates to Millpond as a reward for a cruise well done. Registration is required, and the group will begin the cruise from Millpond Gatherings at 10:30 am sharp. We hope you can join us!
