Many thanks for offering to exhibit your classic Jaguar - we really appreciate your contribution to our event!

Thanks

Please note - we ask you to register once for each vehicle you are exhibiting! Scroll to the bottom of this page to register!
(If you are a JCSNE member remember to login first!)

Important Information for Exhibitors:

  1. Cars will be on display from 10am to 2pm on Sunday 04-May. They will be parked on the lawns and patios of the Water's Edge Resort, arranged in groups based on the decade of manufacture (e.g. 1930s, 1940s etc). Please do not enter or leave the field with your vehicle during this time (for safety reasons)

  2. Please plan to arrive and park your vehicle at 9am. We will have a greeter available to meet you when you arrive at the field who will point you to your parking place, and provide any last minute details

  3. We may have a small number of vehicles on display the evening of the Back to 1935 Banquet. When you register your vehicle, we will ask you if you would like to have your vehicle on show on the Saturday evening. We will then contact you (there will only be a limited display area close to the ballroom on Saturday evening. Any vehicles selected for display in this area should remain there until the morning, and will be covered by security overnight)

  4. If you are arriving on Saturday (or earlier), separate on site parking is available for vehicles and trailers. We will have private security in place overnight Saturday/Sunday covering this area, and the area where any vehicles are displayed during the banquet. When you register, we will ask you when you plan to arrive. Note that if you prefer, you can also park in the regular public lots at the hotel. There is no charge for parking (for any vehicles) at the resort

  5. A very limited amount of secure, covered, insured parking is available a few miles away. Please contact us directly if you need this (there is no charge, but there are very limited spaces)

  6. On the Saturday afternoon we are organizing a Riverside Driving tour of the Connecticut River valley. Participants meet at 2:45pm at the Hotel Lobby, and we expect to return at 4:30pm. If you are interested in joining us on this event, please register separately here.

  7. During the show a fantastic Sunday Brunch will be available from 9:00am to 2:30pm. As an exhibitor, you will receive discount coupons for each member of your party (max 4), giving a price of $39 per person (regular $49). When you register your vehicles, we will ask how many coupons you require.

Note: This is a seated brunch, held within the hotel and reservations are strongly recommended. For more information and to make a reservation for brunch Click Here (Link to Resort Website).

Update 09-April: The Resort has kindly extended the brunch for exhibitors and JCSNE club members only. You may now make reservations for up to 3pm (meaning that is when you start your meal). This will allow exhibitors to close up their vehicle and enjoy brunch after the event is over, if they prefer.

  8. In addition to the brunch (which is served indoors), there will be a bar serving refreshments located on the patio close to the display areas, together with seating.

  9. All exhibitors will be receiving a custom "Back to 1935" sign board to display in front of your vehicle. Dave Brill (who is coordinating the exhibition vehicles) should have contacted you to provide information for the sign - please email Dave@AutoArcheologist.com if you have not provided this information, or have any questions or special requests.

  10. In addition to Rich and Deanna, there will be a very good friend of mine (Jim Esslinger) who is a professional photographer who will be touring the exhibits between 11am and 1pm). I have asked him to take photos of all the cars, but if you see him around and would like a particular photo (perhaps with yourself included), then feel free to ask him. There is no charge - but please say thanks. We will get the photos to you after the event.

  11. In the case of bad weather (snow, ice, hail or heavy persistent rain or similar) we will cancel the car exhibition. We will contact everyone who has registered by midnight 02-May, and will update this web page. Note that even in the case of bad weather neither the Brunch or Banquet will be cancelled (except in the most extreme conditions)
