About this event
Rusty Dog Restorations is an incredible restoration shop hidden away in Bethlehem CT.
Matt Pfahl specializes in the restoration of MAC trucks
and other antique and classic commercial vehicles and firetrucks.
Although not large, the workshops (and the vehicles within them) take
you back in time, filled with tools, decor and collectables from the 40s
and 50s.
Matt also has an impressive O-Gauge model railroad in a separate building at the site, and we are also hoping that there will be a demonstration and/or presentation on engine rebuilding and machining.
JCSNE have been invited to attend this shop tour by the Litchfield Hills Antique Automobile Club, and they will be providing food for the evening (pizza and grinders), and are asking for a $5.00 donation per person to cover that (please bring cash!)
Note that the shop tour begins at 5pm on a Wednesday evening. We have been asked to ensure that folks arrive on time!
